The Orphan

This poor little guy is an orphan. We have been bottle feeding him and he is doing well! We have only had two bottle-babies since moving to the farm. I named him Rowdy. I’m not supposed to name the male calves… but it is just to hard to take care of one for weeks without naming him!

Rowdy will live in the dog’s fenced yard for 2 to 3 months before he is sold. The dogs have the perfect calf barn.

Michelle and Cooper came to meet the baby. His Aunt Connie got to come feed him, too!

The first photo is his birthday, the last is at one month old.
