New beginnings…

I had no idea what was in store for us when we moved to Windyridge!

Life on the farm is a wondrous, sometimes terrifying, adventure. Our days are filled with the beauty of nature and the joy of life, that can be interrupted from time to time by the harsh realities of danger, and even death.

The animals, wild and domestic, together with the creatures that swim, fly and creep, are what make Windyridge such an amazing place to call home.

My best friends on the farm are Anna, an Australian Shepherd mix, Reggie, a Red Healer mix, and Sassy Cat, a Dilute Calico. Both dogs were adopted from city animal shelters, and Sassy was given to us by a neighbor.
